Credit Collector

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Credit Collector for a fixed‑term, one‑year position to support its finance and collection functions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle dunning calls, send reminders and follow up with customers via phone.
• Contact and visit customers regularly, ensuring cash policy compliance.
• Process inbound customer calls related to accounts receivable queries.
• Utilize collection tools, monitor disputes and ensure resolution within set timelines.
• Review customer credit, coordinate with collection manager and analysts.
• Support cargo release approvals and container deposit refunds coordination.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in finance.
• 1‑2 years of experience in finance or collections.
• People‑management experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical and proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English.
