About the role

The Credit Controller will manage all credit operations for Epiroc Turkey's Finance Department, reporting to the Business Controller. The role focuses on collections, credit risk management, and cash flow optimization.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer collections, prepare weekly AR/AP aging reports and monitor overdue ratios.
  • Calculate monthly provisions for doubtful accounts, allocate credit limits, and evaluate payment term changes.
  • Calculate and improve DSO, DPO, DIO, and cash conversion cycle metrics.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements, reconcile customer accounts, and monitor order invoicing timelines.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions and handle supplier invoice tracking.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar credit control role.
  • Strong time‑management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes.
  • Fluent English.
