Credit & Income Supervisor

About the role

The Credit & Income Supervisor oversees daily Income Audit, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control for a luxury hotel, ensuring accurate revenue recording, reconciliation and collection in line with hotel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Income Audit across Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue streams, reviewing PMS and POS reports.
• Monitor guest ledger, city ledger and credit card balances, manage credit applications, limits and overdue accounts.
• Follow up on Accounts Receivable aging, support collection activities and maintain corporate client relationships.
• Assist month‑end closing, prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Coach and allocate tasks for the Credit & Income team, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of hotel finance experience, including Income Audit, AR and Credit Control.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, preferably in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to meet strict financial deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel PMS/POS systems (e.g., Opera).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
