Customer & Logistics Operations Smart Start Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's Customer and Logistics Operations Smart Start program as a part‑time intern. You will support daily inbound logistics, working with road and container transportation, and gain hands‑on experience in a global industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of inbound logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment arrivals, warehouse unloading, and inventory receiving.
• Track performance indicators and assist with capacity planning.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports for management.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, customs, and planning teams.
• Follow up on customs documentation to avoid delays.
• Identify bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and support resolutions.
• Maintain logistics tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects focused on efficiency and service quality.
• Support communication with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
