Customer Relations & Account Manager - Cloud Technologies

About the role

Kartaca develops cloud technology solutions and is looking for a Customer Relations / Account Manager to handle pre-sales and post-sales activities. The role acts as the single point of contact for clients, manages cloud projects end-to-end and coordinates the technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requests from potential customers and sales teams, define project scope, draw meeting agendas, chair meetings and take minutes.
• Prepare technical presentations and success stories, organize technical demos and Proof of Concept activities.
• Collaborate with the technical team on documentation, including effort analysis, architectural diagrams, Statements of Work and pricing studies.
• Lead RFI, RFP and RFQ processes and manage project plans based on the team's schedule.
• Manage assigned cloud projects end-to-end, including resources, clients and deadlines, and prepare daily end-of-day reports.
• Plan team activities in advance, coordinate with colleagues and track progress strictly.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients under support and maintenance agreements, handling requests according to contract SLAs.
• Manage Jira and Confluence tickets, boards, spaces and projects, and keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology or Management Information Systems.
• Experience in pre-sales/post-sales and as a client-facing point of contact.
• Fluent English (C1-C2) and fluent Turkish, with experience presenting to clients in both languages.
• Experience in business analysis is preferred.
• Willingness to take part in training and certification courses on cloud technologies.

Required skills

• IT project management, preferably with a focus on cloud technologies.
• Tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization, networking, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, data governance, security and AI is an advantage.
