Customer Service Junior Analyst - Bandırma

About the role

Join Banvit MBRF, a leading Turkish food manufacturer, as a Customer Service Junior Analyst. Based in Bandırma, you will manage customer and consumer complaints, support digitalisation projects and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complaints and claims from customers, key accounts, distributors and branches.
• Monitor, validate and classify customer and consumer complaints.
• Participate in Customer Service projects, including digitalisation initiatives.
• Follow standard complaints management processes, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with BRF commitments, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC and HSE guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or Food Engineering.
• Based in Bandırma.
• High level of professional integrity and customer focus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
