Customer Service Professional

About the role

The Customer Service Professional will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring smooth shipment processes in line with CMA CGM Group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries regarding shipments, costs, and delays, providing clear information based on initial conditions.
• Coordinate internally and communicate with customers to resolve issues related to shipments.
• Monitor shipments, track status, and update customers on delivery progress.
• Maintain and update customer profile information accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or shipping industry.
• Strong multitasking abilities and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent written and verbal English; interview will be conducted in English.
• Availability to work onsite four days per week in a hybrid model.
