Customer Service Representative

About the role

Videojet Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its international team. The role involves interacting with customers by phone and email, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across the printing, coding and marking solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Enter machine approvals and new customer data into the Navision system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to open new customer accounts and gather required documentation.
• Track shipments, cargo status, and communicate updates to customers and internal departments.
• Handle credit safety and visual compliance inquiries, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Process rental invoices, manage machine return notifications, and monitor warehouse returns.
• Organise domestic and international sample shipments and manage accessory offers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience using Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) for data entry and account management.
