Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused professional to join our Sales team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the main liaison between domestic customers and internal departments, ensuring orders move smoothly from receipt to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end‑to‑end using SAP, from receipt through delivery.
• Prepare order confirmations, delivery documents and invoices.
• Coordinate production planning and shipment schedules with Sales, Operations, Finance, Calibration and Service teams.
• Support quotation preparation and follow‑up activities.
• Handle customer requests related to calibration and service processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Monitor receivables and provide regular status updates.
• Communicate customer feedback and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in International Trade.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or Support role.
• Strong organizational, administrative and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• SAP (order management module).
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
