Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary contact for a portfolio of external and internal customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve inquiries, complaints, and order‑related issues while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics) to provide solutions for quotations, invoicing, master data, and quality issues.
• Manage incoming orders, confirm delivery dates, track expectations, and keep customers informed about production, planning, and shipping status.
• Consult production plants for supply‑status updates and organise special logistics services such as consignment stocks.
• Support the Sales team in prospecting new customers, detecting opportunities, updating master data, maintaining price lists, and preparing quotations.
• Monitor offer follow‑up, track success rates, and contribute to timely invoice payments.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset aligned with values of accountability, authenticity, respect, optimism, appreciation, and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, commerce, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support or logistics coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience using SAP.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
