Customer Service Representative

About the role

Manage the end-to-end order management process and customer communication to ensure accurate order processing, high service level (OTIF), and effective issue resolution using SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Create, validate, and manage customer orders in SAP, including entries, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse/3PL, logistics, and sales to ensure on‑time and in‑full delivery.
• Proactively inform customers about order status, lead times, allocations, and delivery changes.
• Handle delivery‑related issues, manage claims/complaints, and support invoicing accuracy.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP and monitor backlog, blocked orders, and credit blocks.
• Prepare and share regular service KPIs and operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
• 2+ years of B2B customer service or order management experience, preferably in manufacturing or chemicals.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
