Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gebze, supporting the order‑to‑delivery process for natural extracts and food colourants.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer communication throughout the order‑to‑delivery process, including receiving orders, notifying internal departments, monitoring production and delivery, and providing shipment updates.
• Organise shipments by aligning internal units and conveying customer requirements to Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance.
• Enter export and import product orders, ensure pro‑forma invoices are approved, maintain up‑to‑date customer master data, and provide all necessary export documents on time.
• Process orders within credit limits and coordinate logistics, ensuring effective planning with sales and production units.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management abilities and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
