Customer Service Representative (Turkey & Greece)

About the role

Avery Dennison is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Turkey and Greece region, based at its Samandira-Sancaktepe facility in Istanbul. You will act as the main link between customers and internal teams, handling end-to-end customer interactions, resolving complex inquiries and coordinating with supply chain and logistics functions. This is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers in Turkey and Greece, answering inbound enquiries by email, phone, live chat and online presentations.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics teams.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex complaints, order discrepancies and technical issues.
• Build relationships with key accounts and identify needs to cross-sell and upsell products and solutions.
• Make warm outbound calls to prospects and existing clients and track sales activity and customer data in the CRM.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in an internal sales or customer service function, ideally in the manufacturing or production industry.
• University degree.
• Full fluency in Turkish and English; Greek is a plus.

Required skills

• Good command of MS Office programs.
