About the role
We are seeking an engineering graduate to start in Customer Service, progress to Inside Sales, and ultimately become an Account Manager. The role involves managing order processes, supporting customers and distributors, and building a solid technical and commercial foundation for a long‑term career.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end order administration and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate ERP data (SAP).
- Support Customer Service operations and later Inside Sales activities.
- Join customer meetings and learn our technical product portfolio.
- Ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and issue resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Interest in developing through Customer Service → Inside Sales → Account Management.
- Proactive, eager to learn, customer‑focused mindset.
