Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our Istanbul team. You will support international customer service and export operations, with a focus on coordinating our UK activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international customer orders from entry to final delivery, communicating lead times and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities with the UK operations team and liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and suppliers.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
• Monitor production schedules, delivery dates, and potential delays, proactively communicating risks and supporting timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate order, stock, and delivery information in company systems and support operational reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service, export operations or international order management.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills for cross‑country collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented, systematic approach with strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of export operations, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
