Customer Service Specialist / Senior Customer Service Executive

About the role

SML Labels is seeking a Customer Service Specialist / Senior Customer Service Executive to manage customer accounts, oversee order processing from entry to delivery, and ensure high levels of service for international apparel brands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Monitor order status, production schedules, and shipment plans, providing proactive updates to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain customer reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Support demand planning and inventory management activities while ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of order‑to‑delivery processes, production planning, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
