Customer Success Specialist

About the role

PersonaClick is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to own the post‑onboarding relationship with our e‑commerce clients. You will help customers extract maximum value from our AI‑driven personalization platform and drive adoption, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full customer lifecycle after onboarding, including daily platform queries and retention initiatives.
• Increase product adoption, ensure client satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable campaigns using PersonaClick’s smart capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues raised by support, sales, or clients.
• Provide feedback on product gaps and contribute to feature development.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to implement customer‑driven campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of customer success experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with online brands, retailers, and the e‑commerce market.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proactive, curious, and commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
