About the role

Join Allianz Turkey as a Customer Value Management Team Member, supporting the development and execution of customer communication strategies across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve email, SMS and other customer communication channels to align with brand language and marketing approach.
• Utilise CRM and MarTech tools to make communication processes more efficient, secure and sustainable.
• Review and manage communication requests from various teams, ensuring end‑to‑end execution.
• Participate in project and development studies, supporting analysis, user acceptance testing and live transitions.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology and business units to establish common standards for customer communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in CRM, customer communication, campaign management and marketing technologies.
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry trends and data analysis.
• Class B driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
