Cyber Security Detection Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for a visionary, highly technical Cyber Security Detection Engineering Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous optimization of our enterprise-wide detection ecosystem, including SIEM, SOAR and UEBA platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, deployment, scaling and maintenance of enterprise SIEM infrastructure with high availability and disaster recovery.
• Integrate logs from next‑generation, AI‑native defense tools and Security Service Edge platforms into a central detection pipeline.
• Establish KPIs and monitoring for log ingestion health, data parsing accuracy and system uptime across cloud, on‑premises and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with SOC to design, test and deploy high‑fidelity correlation rules, behavioral models and custom parsers mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
• Drive automation strategy using SOAR to streamline incident response and accelerate detection times.
• Mentor and scale a high‑performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and career development.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of cyber security experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record managing enterprise‑scale SIEM and SOAR architectures.
• Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain and modern threat landscapes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to convey technical risks to executives.
