Cyber Security Technical Leader

About the role

As a Cyber (IT/OT) Security Technical Lead you will design and govern cybersecurity architecture across enterprise IT and industrial OT environments, ensuring security‑by‑design is embedded in technology platforms, manufacturing systems and digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives across IT and OT to support secure, resilient operations.
• Drive cyber risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability management and remediation for critical business and production systems.
• Strengthen security controls such as network segmentation, access management, endpoint protection and industrial cybersecurity.
• Coordinate monitoring, incident response, investigation and recovery activities.
• Partner with technology and business teams to embed security‑by‑design principles into projects.
• Support compliance with UNECE R155, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and other automotive cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with Ford Global, Koç Group, suppliers and external stakeholders to raise cybersecurity maturity.
• Assist strategic investments, technology evaluations and long‑term security transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure security and industrial cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of IT and OT security concepts, architecture and best practices.
• Experience with vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response and security operations.
• Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CIS Controls, EU CRA and NIS2.
• Familiarity with automotive regulations, especially UNECE R155, is a strong advantage.
• Experience securing complex environments including cloud, on‑premises, ICS‑OT and hybrid infrastructures.
