Cyber Vulnerability Management Architect / Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Cyber Vulnerability Management Architect to lead vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities for our financial services clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify, analyse and remediate security weaknesses across networks, operating systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed vulnerability assessment and penetration testing reports for stakeholders.
• Perform network and operating‑system scanning, analyse findings and coordinate remediation with relevant teams.
• Propose and implement remedial actions to reduce risk exposure.
• Identify weaknesses and potential threats to current information security posture.
• Lead hardening and BRSA penetration testing initiatives.
• Support integration and implementation processes for security tools and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronic or Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cyber vulnerability management or related security teams.
• Familiarity with the OWASP Testing Manual.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management best practices, asset management and risk‑based approaches.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Experience with commercial and open‑source vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Scripting experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Understanding of network protocols and security concepts.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements such as BRSA.
