Data & Monetization Analyst

About the role

A game studio founded in 2017, whose games have reached over 3.5 billion people, is looking for a Data & Monetization Analyst. The role is on-site in Istanbul (Sarıyer) and is not fully remote. You will design, run and analyse A/B tests, build player segmentation tools and track core metrics, acting as the data partner for Product, Growth and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run and analyse A/B tests to optimise gameplay mechanics, user experience and monetisation models
• Develop and maintain player segmentation tools and strategies for personalised offers and engagement
• Track and evaluate core KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV) through dashboards and reports
• Act as the data partner for Product, Growth and Marketing, providing insights that shape roadmaps
• Manage several priorities with minimal guidance and adapt quickly to changing business needs

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in data analysis, gaming, e-commerce or digital products
• Familiarity with monetisation models, player segmentation and in-game economy
• Experience in A/B testing methodologies
• Ability to separate correlation from causation and manage data biases
• Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games

Required skills

• Advanced SQL
• Python or R is a plus
• Predictive analytics and modelling
