About the role
Novexdent, a leading health tourism provider in Istanbul, is looking for enthusiastic Dental Sales Specialists to support its growing international patient base. You will play a key role in promoting high‑quality dental and aesthetic treatments to patients from Europe and the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Contact international patients to understand their dental needs and requirements.
- Build trust‑based relationships and convert inquiries into sales.
- Conduct sales calls and manage the sales process using CRM software.
- Present dental healthcare packages and provide price quotations.
- Coordinate with dentists to create personalized treatment plans for each patient.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (healthcare‑related field is a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental sales within health tourism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to feedback, committed to personal development, and able to multitask under pressure.
