Design Engineer – Energy Storage Solutions

About the role

Inovat Energy Storage Solutions is seeking a full‑time Design Engineer to join its hybrid team in Ankara. You will be responsible for developing and refining energy‑storage system designs, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mechanical layouts, electrical schematics, and product configurations for energy‑storage projects.
• Create and update CAD models and detailed drawings.
• Support prototyping and testing activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project‑management teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to cost and feasibility analyses.
• Participate in continuous improvement of design processes and product performance.

Required profile

• Strong design engineering and product design capabilities for energy‑storage solutions.
• Mechanical engineering expertise with experience using CAD tools.
• Electrical engineering knowledge for layout and schematic design.
• Ability to interpret technical standards, perform basic calculations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field (preferred).
• Experience in energy‑storage or renewable‑energy projects and familiarity with international standards (beneficial).
