DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

About the role

Vitelco is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines for mobile application deployments. The role combines hands‑on engineering with continuous improvement of CI/CD processes in a fast‑growing IT services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure and automation workflows.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools.
• Set up, manage, and optimise data platforms such as Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB and OracleDB.
• Work with on‑premise OpenShift environments and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Develop and support web services (RESTful, SOAP) and mobile app deployment processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems using ELK, Grafana and Zabbix.
• Write and maintain scripts in Shell, Python and Bash.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional DevOps experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑premise OpenShift cloud environments.
• Experience in web application development and service integration.
