DevOps Engineer – Hepsi Finansal

About the role

Hepsiburada is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the Hepsi Finansal team, which powers the Hepsipay digital wallet and financial services. You will design, operate and improve the platform that supports fast, secure and innovative financial experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including Helm chart management, networking/ingress, HPA and custom operators.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD, ensuring secure releases, automated rollbacks and smooth deployment workflows.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and Terraform, handling configuration automation and secrets management.
• Perform Linux system administration on RHEL, Ubuntu and Oracle Linux environments and manage core networking components.
• Implement observability solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch/Victoria Metrics for monitoring, alerting and dashboarding, and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Manage container images, harden Docker images, conduct vulnerability scanning and enforce security best practices.
• Design and maintain high‑availability, load‑balanced services to meet financial transaction demands.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands‑on expertise in CI/CD tooling, especially GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD.
• Proven ability to write and maintain IaC using Ansible and Terraform.
• Solid Linux administration skills (RHEL, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux).
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability stacks.
• Understanding of security practices for container images and infrastructure.
