DevOps Manager

About the role

Hepsiburada is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead and scale its containerized and cloud infrastructure. The role involves driving continuous improvement, mentoring a team, and aligning technical decisions with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, scale, and operate Docker and Kubernetes environments across production workloads.
• Lead a DevOps team, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Implement cost‑optimization, capacity planning, and high‑availability strategies on GCP and Huawei Cloud.
• Develop and maintain IaC pipelines using Ansible (preferred SaltStack) and automate tasks with Python or Bash.
• Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of DevOps experience, including several years in people‑management or team‑leadership roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem‑solving.
