Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Keytours Vacations, a U.S.-based luxury travel operator, is looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator to work remotely from Turkey. You will support the U.S. marketing team, manage social channels, run HubSpot campaigns, and keep the website fresh and SEO‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content calendars and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage HubSpot marketing automation, email newsletters, landing pages, lead‑nurturing workflows and reporting.
• Create graphics, short‑form videos and other assets using Canva and basic video‑editing tools.
• Update website pages, promotions and landing pages on Webflow, Wix, WordPress or similar CMS and support SEO improvements.
• Monitor campaign performance, website analytics and social media metrics, producing regular reports.
• Collaborate daily with U.S. sales, marketing and management teams to ensure timely execution of product launches and travel promotions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Fluent English (C1 level) for daily communication and content creation.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and independent‑working abilities.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (email, automation, reporting).
• Social media management and digital advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Canva for graphic design and basic video editing.
• Website management on Webflow, Wix, WordPress or similar platforms.
• SEO, Google Analytics and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT.
