Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

team.blue Türkiye is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital communication and conversion‑focused marketing for its hosting brands Natro and Turhost. You will own the end‑to‑end planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across web, email, SMS and push channels, turning offers into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns (website, landing pages, email, SMS, push notifications) for Natro and Turhost.
• Create and manage detailed landing‑page briefs, ensuring alignment with product launches and promotional offers.
• Design conversion‑focused web journeys, crafting clear selling lines, calls‑to‑action and cross‑sell/upsell experiences.
• Set up manual reporting and performance tracking, analysing results to continuously improve funnels.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, product and performance‑marketing teams to translate goals into seamless user experiences.
• Maintain documentation of processes, tools and assets used in campaign execution.

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably within SaaS or hosting environments.
