Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing initiatives in Turkey. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across SEO, social media, paid advertising and website optimisation to boost visibility, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on search, social and digital advertising platforms.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversions and traffic.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimise landing pages and digital experiences.
• Manage social media profiles and contribute to blog and content initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and audience behaviour to identify new opportunities.
• Analyse website and funnel data to pinpoint conversion improvements.
• Drive initiatives aimed at doubling website traffic within a year.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on measurable growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
