Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute the hotel’s digital marketing and e‑commerce strategy, driving direct online revenue and brand.com performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, metasearch and other paid channels.
• Oversee OTA sponsored ads and promotional campaigns on platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.
• Monitor KPIs including ROAS, conversion, traffic and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Distribution, Sales and Reservations on tactical campaigns.
• Optimize the digital booking journey and improve conversion rates.
• Manage digital content across website, social media, email and other online channels.
• Support SEO, SEM, CRM and marketing automation activities.
• Control digital marketing budgets and optimise media spend.
• Analyse campaign and website performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure brand‑aligned execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce.
• Fluent English and native‑level Turkish.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury or travel industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, metasearch and social media marketing.
• Understanding of ROAS, conversion rate, CPA and other digital KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS and marketing automation tools.
