Digital Marketing Specialist (1-4 Years Experience)

About the role

Peaks & Pixels is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive to manage, analyze and optimise digital marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. You will work closely with senior consultants, contributing to strategy, execution and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple and programmatic platforms.
• Own day‑to‑day operations including budgets, bids, audience targeting, creatives and placements.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and issues, and implement data‑driven optimisation.
• Analyse campaign and business data to produce actionable recommendations and optimisation plans.
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyses and client‑facing presentations.
• Design and evaluate tests on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, messaging and landing pages.
• Collaborate with multiple clients across different industries and participate in client meetings from day one.
• Stay current with advertising platforms, measurement technologies and emerging digital marketing approaches.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of hands‑on experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Ads, programmatic/DSP platforms and mobile measurement partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data beyond basic reporting.
• Good understanding of KPIs, attribution, tracking and measurement fundamentals.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, dashboards and performance reports.
• High sense of ownership, curiosity and willingness to take responsibility.
