Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join Desk Lab’s growing team. In this position you will design, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns while strengthening our organic presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain the company’s social‑media profiles with engaging content and regular posting.
• Create website, blog and marketing collateral copy and visuals.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and continuously improve campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
• Stay current with digital‑marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
