Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to boost ARDVENTURE’s brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through data‑driven digital campaigns. You will work at the centre of Turkey’s technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem, creating and optimizing content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage social media channels and maintain content calendars.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Update website content and support SEO initiatives.
• Manage email marketing and CRM activities.
• Create engaging content about technology, entrepreneurship, innovation, and investment.
• Support promotion of events, seminars, and networking activities.
• Generate and nurture leads to increase acquisition and conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyse, and report marketing performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing and digital analytics.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in technology, entrepreneurship, coworking, virtual office services or B2B environments is a plus.
