Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Quarx Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage a portfolio of UK restaurant clients. You will be the main point of contact, helping owners increase orders through tailored marketing actions while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reply to customer reviews on Google and ordering platforms, adapting tone to each restaurant.
• Transform photo and video shoots into engaging social media posts, Reels and short videos.
• Create and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Design simple marketing strategies such as SMS campaigns, promotions and win‑back offers, then track results.
• Send email marketing campaigns once or twice a month per client.
• Operate in‑house AI automation tools to set up restaurant campaigns (training provided).
• Maintain clear daily reports of activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Confident communicating with business owners via phone, WhatsApp and email, staying calm and firm in difficult conversations.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with phone numbers, product names and prices.
• Open to feedback, organized, reliable and comfortable managing time remotely.
• Interest in marketing, restaurants or e‑commerce; 0–2 years experience or recent graduate.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
