Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an early‑career marketer to own our content and brand channels, support performance and SEO efforts, and leverage AI tools to work faster and smarter. You will grow into a well‑rounded marketing generalist within an international B2B firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Reddit, Quora and X.
• Plan and execute recurring email campaigns aligned with our annual communication plan.
• Design ad visuals, presentations, brochures, website graphics and other client‑facing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare weekly advertising performance and sales meeting reports for US and Turkey markets.
• Support paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and emerging ChatGPT Ads.
• Assist SEO efforts including blog content, local SEO, AI‑enhanced search visibility and keyword tracking.
• Maintain marketing platforms such as HubSpot and other CRM, communication and workflow tools.
• Use AI tools to create, optimise and repurpose content, building reusable prompts and simple workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or content marketing.
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish and fluent Business English (all interviews in English).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple platforms in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible working hours to align with US Eastern Time and occasional travel.

Required skills

• Canva or Adobe design tools.
• Social media account management.
• Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut) – a strong plus.
• HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads – a plus.
• GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush – a plus.
• Basic WordPress and HTML knowledge – a plus.
• Automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier – a plus.
