Director, Casual Games Studio Partnership

About the role

The Director will lead the vision and overall direction of casual game products within Level Infinite, Tencent’s global gaming brand. This senior position oversees product development from concept to launch and continuous growth, while managing partnerships with external studios.

Key responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps and upgrade strategies to drive iterative growth and generational leaps.
• Establish and optimize the R&D pipeline, set milestones, and coordinate design, art, and engineering teams.
• Ensure product quality, schedule, and budget, proactively mitigating risks.
• Lead or support co‑development and outsourcing collaborations with overseas partner studios.

Required profile

• 10+ years in game development, including 3+ years as a core Producer/Product Lead in mobile casual games.
• Proven full‑cycle ownership from 0 to 1 and ongoing version evolution, with strong agile project management skills.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, marketing, and monetization in overseas mobile markets.
• Data‑driven mindset, skilled in A/B testing and using user data to improve retention and LTV.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication, bridging product, R&D, operations, UA, publishing, marketing, and monetization.
• Experience with casual e‑sports or runner games is a plus.
• Fluent spoken English preferred.
