Director of Revenue Management

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a strategic senior leader to drive revenue growth across its iconic hotels in İzmir. The Director of Revenue Management will lead a team, shape revenue strategy and collaborate with the executive team on long‑term business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the revenue management team and develop robust revenue strategies.
• Support the executive team on long‑term business plans and manage the revenue management budget process.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, optimize pricing and inventory, and develop topline revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, front office and reservations teams to achieve revenue goals and optimize RevPAR.
• Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, sustainability, and market share.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in senior revenue management roles.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills with a track record of high performance.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and strategic decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of revenue management principles.
• Experience with IDeaS Revenue Management Platform (highly desirable).
• In‑depth understanding of the distribution landscape, online travel agencies and emerging market trends.
