Dispute Resolution Associate

About the role

Vardar Şanlı is looking for an Associate with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution to join its team, reporting directly to the Partners. The role sits within a growing dispute resolution practice.

Required profile

• A law degree from a leading university; a master's degree is an asset.
• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution, preferably with exposure to commercial disputes, financial crimes, arbitration or cross-border matters.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a significant asset.
• Ability to manage files, meet deadlines and take ownership of assigned matters.
• Collaborative approach and interest in client relations and business development.

Required skills

• Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in English and French (French is an asset).
