About the role

This internship is designed for disabled university students who want to gain hands‑on experience in the daily operations and projects of a leading ceramic‑tiles manufacturer. You will work within a dynamic department, supporting both routine tasks and special initiatives while developing professional skills in an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the daily operations and projects of the assigned department.

Required profile

• Registered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and eligible under the disabled employee quota.
• Disability report of 40 % or higher.
• Currently a 3rd‑year university student in a relevant associate or bachelor’s program.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Good command of English and motivated to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
