DWDM Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of DWDM projects in Turkey. The successful candidate will manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from bid support and contract negotiation through delivery, acceptance, invoicing, and payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions, implementation plans, resource requirements and cost estimates for DWDM project bids.
• Support contract negotiations, defining scope, pricing, acceptance criteria, invoicing, payment terms and change management.
• Manage contracts and relationships with subcontractors and outsourcing partners, ensuring risks and obligations are properly handled.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Establish and lead the DWDM project delivery team with clear roles, responsibilities and workflows.
• Monitor and proactively manage project risks, issues and escalations.
• Deliver DWDM projects according to approved scope, budget, quality standards, design requirements and timelines.
• Track milestones, ensure timely completion and compliance with design and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee project acceptance, invoicing and payment collection to meet contractual and financial targets.
• Monitor profitability, optimise costs and identify margin‑improving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management and delivery of DWDM or turnkey telecommunications projects.
• Previous experience with Türk Telekom projects is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused, cross‑functional environment.
