E‑Commerce Manager – Lead Global Online Sales

About the role

The company seeks an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to drive both local and international online sales, expand digital channels and support sustainable growth across its global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local and international e‑commerce strategy aligned with sales targets and growth objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of e‑commerce websites and marketplaces, including product listings, content, pricing and promotional campaigns.
• Identify and evaluate new marketplace and cross‑border opportunities to expand the brand’s digital presence.
• Coordinate stock management, order fulfillment, shipping, returns and customer service across markets.
• Analyse KPIs such as sales, revenue, conversion rates and website traffic, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports, conducting target‑versus‑actual analyses.
• Collaborate with export, sales, marketing, logistics and other teams to support international e‑commerce growth.
• Monitor global e‑commerce trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience managing local and international e‑commerce operations, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical, reporting and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team‑leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Amazon.
• E‑commerce website management, product content and category management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and performance‑marketing tactics.
• Understanding of ERP and CRM integration processes.
