About the role
As an Educator at lululemon’s new City’s Nişantaşı store in Istanbul, you will be the face of the brand, helping guests discover products that support their active lifestyles. The role is available on both full‑time and part‑time schedules and focuses on delivering memorable, personalized experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests, offering product knowledge and styling advice.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure the store environment reflects lululemon’s brand values.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive store culture.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
- Participate in community events and initiatives that promote health and wellness.
Required profile
- Passion for yoga, running, training or other athletic pursuits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to inclusive and growth‑focused environments.
Required skills
- Customer service experience in a retail setting.
