About the role
pladis is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for its Karaman factory to ensure reliable operation of electrical equipment and support production continuity.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electrical machines and systems.
- Coordinate personnel to keep the production system safe and operational.
- Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
- Respond to emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
- Implement revisions and improvements to the system as needed.
- Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- PLC and automation system knowledge.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
- Ability to handle electrical maintenance tools and equipment.
