Electrical Systems Engineer

About the role

Fraport TAV Antalya is looking for an Electrical Systems Engineer to support a multi‑site construction project. The role involves on‑site coordination, maintenance, repair and investment activities to ensure reliable electrical systems across three airport locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise maintenance, repair and investment tasks for electrical systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted airport operations through efficient technical execution.
• Guide and manage the technical team to meet operational goals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and external organisations.
• Prepare clear, accurate and timely technical and progress reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, repair, operation or construction.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, coordination and reporting abilities.
• Focus on quality, safety and timely project delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
• Based in Antalya and no military obligations for male candidates.
