EMEA Sales Trainer & Enablement Lead

About the role

Join Align Technology as the Regional Sales Enablement Lead for EMEA, based in Istanbul. You will drive sales capability and performance across the region, linking field teams with the central Enablement function to deliver impactful training and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps through field engagement, coaching, and customer interactions.
• Develop, adapt and deliver training content, role‑plays and sales scenarios tailored to regional needs.
• Facilitate virtual, face‑to‑face and blended training sessions across EMEA.
• Promote adoption of enablement platforms such as Allego and sales methodologies including consultative, value‑based selling and pipeline management.
• Coach sales teams and Area Sales Managers to improve performance and drive behavioral change.
• Measure training impact, adoption and behavior change, continuously improving enablement activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement or a related B2B environment (medical devices, dental, orthodontics or capital equipment preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity and constructive conflict.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including field co‑travel.
