Employee Experience Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Employee Experience Designer to shape, implement, and continuously improve employee experience and employer branding initiatives across our organization. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to craft engaging employee journeys, strengthen our culture, and design scalable processes that boost engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and refine employee experience programs and employer branding activities.
• Create compelling employee journeys and touchpoints that reinforce company culture.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, community activities, and branding initiatives.
• Develop structured, scalable processes for employee engagement and feedback loops.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate employee insights into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related design discipline (preferred).
• Experience in Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement, or similar roles is a plus.
• Proven track record planning corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, or community activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, creative, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused mindset.
