Employer Branding & Corporate Culture Senior Executive

About the role

METRO Turkey is looking for a Senior Executive for Employer Branding and Corporate Culture. The role owns the company-wide internal communication agenda within the agreed corporate and People & Culture strategy, acting as communication advisor to senior leaders on organizational, cultural and change topics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual internal communication plan and editorial calendar
• Create communication plans for key business and People & Culture initiatives
• Coordinate content across internal communication channels and support leadership and change communication
• Ensure consistency of messages, tone of voice and communication standards
• Partner with functions and project teams on their communication needs
• Manage engagement surveys, employee initiatives, action plans and culture, tracking reach, engagement and feedback
• Own the internal communication agenda and act as communication advisor to senior leaders
• Translate complex business topics into integrated communication strategies and define channel strategy, governance and effectiveness measures
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with company-wide employee impact

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal/corporate communications, employee engagement, culture or organizational communication
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication, able to turn complex topics into clear, audience-focused messages
• Ability to develop communication strategies and plans supporting business priorities
• Understanding of internal communication channels, content planning and communication governance
• Data-driven approach using engagement results and metrics to evaluate effectiveness
• Planning, creativity and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives at once
