English Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The English‑speaking Senior Sales Representative joins the Cygnus Clinic team to turn inbound inquiries from potential English‑speaking patients into confirmed sales.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure each enquiry receives a correctly applied treatment plan and follow‑up according to clinic standards.
• Present, promote and sell clinic products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis, build and maintain positive business relationships, and resolve customer problems to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed sales targets, coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, and provide regular reports on customer needs and market activity.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills and ability to interact with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Previous experience as a sales representative, preferably with basic knowledge of cosmetic surgery and medical terminology.
• Energetic, passionate, persistent and a good listener who can explain clearly with confidence and friendliness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
