About the role

Ateon is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales of its IT solutions, focusing on business continuity and information security. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and building executive‑level relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads, negotiate and close deals for security, backup, server and storage solutions.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and report sales opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic projects and manage high‑level customer relationships.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Customer‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time, solve problems and handle crises.
  • No restrictions on international travel.

Required skills

  • Experience selling security software.
  • Experience with backup software.
  • Knowledge of IT business continuity processes.
  • Experience in server and storage sales.
